I’m not sure if the issue started with the last update or earlier.
Edit Snippet > Changelog
Date is missing for “Snippet created” and “Last edited”Regards

Tested on a fresh WP 5.8.1 installation, standard theme, no other plugins installed. The issue also occurs on other verions (5.7.3, 4.9.18)
Whereas exported JSON files contain the date – https://imgur.com/FwLtLRS
