    This I understand.. however, it is helpful to other developers using your plugin in their projects, if you elaborate accurately, what exactly you fix; even if it just a small bug.
    Also which files get modified.

    changelogs should be provided. I know this is some extra work, but it helps documentation and transparency of changes.
