Changes are not visible

    I have successfully installed your plugin on different websites.

    But now with a new installation I am experiencing issues:

    The form is shown on all pages and posts, although I have checked the options ‘Don’t display on pages / posts’.

    Also the form design is not to be seen on the website, the standard template is shown.

    What should I do or check?
