Changes Aren’t Saving

I’ve got the plugin set up, the free database installed, but when I add a new rule for redirection, it just doesn’t save. I press the ‘save’ button and the page refreshes with no rules saved. The redirection does not work.

I have tried changing browsers, but that hasn’t worked. Any help would be appreciated.
