Changes Community Role

Hello, I have a problem when trying to register, my community role seems as admin and ultimate role is admin too. However when i trying to register another account while my admin account is logged, it change my community role admin to member and dont create to new account which i fill from the form. Can you help me about this problem?

I already delete plugin and db, reinstalled the UM again.

Can you please clarify how do you register another account?
You can create new account/user on the backend on Users tab.
