changes in 3.1.3 breaking shortcodes???

I haven’t done the code diff between 3.1.2 and 3.1.3, but on all instances of WP I have using 3.1.2, my plugin that uses a shortcode works just fine. On all instances of WP I have using 3.1.3, my plugin that uses the shortcode no longer “sees” the shortcode, and as a matter of fact, the content is not even being passed into the WP do_shortcode function!!

Anyone have any insight?
