Hi @brt,
Thank you for getting back to us!
After reviewing your inquiries, I would like to clarify that the classic editor and the drag-and-drop editor are two different systems.
The classic editor operates behind the coding part, while the drag-and-drop editor functions on the block part without any coding required.Due to the restrictions of the classic editor, it cannot convert the template you created in the classic editor when you want to switch to the drag-and-drop editor.
Therefore, it is not possible to use templates created in the classic editor with the drag-and-drop editor. This is why we provide ready-made templates specific to each editor—some templates support the classic editor, while others are designed for the drag-and-drop editor.
I would like to confirm that this is not an issue with the plugin itself, and you can use our plugin without any hassle. For your reference, please see the attached screenshot.
Let us know if you need any further clarification.
Hi @brt,
Hope you’re doing great.
I wanted to check in with you regarding the inquiry you had the other day. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help? I’d be happy to assist you in any case.
Thank you!
Have a great day ahead.

Thanks for the clarification. It’s good to know this behaviour is intended; now I understand why.
I’ve informed our editors, and I think this will clear up any confusion.
