Changes not possible

    Hi,

    Since yesterday evening and after the update I’m unable do to any change on my templates. It doesn’t matter if I create a new one or if I pick one of the included templates, impossible to do anything else than changing the text of the existing. Otherwise and apart from adding sections or a new template, I cannot add or erase any element.

    What can I do now ? Will there be an update ? (I’m asking that because I have the exactly same issue on another website using another and identical WordPress installation)

    Hi @wpok,

    Please try the following:

    1. Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.

    2. If you have a caching plugin, make sure you deactivate it, or even better – purge the cache.

    3. Change your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySixteen (or other default WordPress theme).
