Changes Not Saving

We bought a theme, Dyker Plus, and when I go to the Footer Settings using Redux and make changes it won’t save. There is just a little icon to the left of the “Save Changes” button that just keeps spinning. I have the latest versions.
Has anyone experienced this and how do you fix it?

Got the same issue with the Theme Option. Tried all variants of PHP from 5.6 through to 7.3 to try to resolve it as well as adjust the php settings over and above the specs. Even tried to edit the DB table record but that just made the header blank. Seems to be tied into the sigma_options.
FYI I just tried ver Redux Lite 4.1.13 and still no go. But! Success with v 3.6.18!

I ended up just changing it in code. It really sucks, but I saved the original file.
Sorry all, can you give me more details. Is anyone willing to send me the theme that’s having an issue so I can debug and fix this asap?

Good news, I believe we have resolved this issue. Look forward to the 4.1.14 release coming out today.
@dovyp I really wish you were right. I’m still unable to save changes.
DykerPlus is the theme I’m using. Our site is on 5.5 and I updated Redux Lite to 4.1.14.
Let me know if you need anything more.@mikebarbuas you’ve waited long enough. Download and install this version of Redux. With WordPress 5.5 the install will allow you to replace the existing copy of Redux. https://downloads.wp.xz.cn/plugin/redux-framework.3.6.18.zip
Then if you would be so kind, send me a copy of your theme via wetransfer.com to [email protected] and I’ll get debugging you issue ASAP.

Here’s a video on how to do just that.
Once it installs, make sure you click to replace your existing version. You’ll be up and running quickly.

Hi Dovy, it’s Dykerplus as well. I tried v4.1.15 but still no success so I reverted to 3.6.18 which does work. Something in Dykerplus that it doesn’t like. Sorry that this is such a burden on you.
