Changes not showing even after clearing cache

I know there are several other forum posts about this topic, however none of them provided any solution for me. I’ve cleared the browser cache, installed a plugin to delete the cache in WordPress, disabled the Endurance Page Cache in both WordPress and Bluehost, and still it refuses to show updates on certain devices and browsers.

When I clear the browser cache, I’ll see it on Safari and Chrome on the desktop. But others sometimes won’t. And then it won’t show updates on mobile devices, both iPhone and Android, regardless of whether I clear the cache.

Even if the problem is just the cache (which I can’t believe it still is at this point), this is still a major issue as most people who visit our website are not going to be clearing their browser cache, they’re just visiting the website to see what our new shows are. They won’t know to do that to fix the problem.

For specific details about what changes aren’t displaying, the upcoming events section should not have past events on it still (at the time of writing this, the first show listed there should be John Lodge on 2/16, but on mobile it still displays Green Book on 2/11 & 2/12.)
