Changes not updating

Hello,

Looks like my website was hacked by some payday loan advertisers who added hidden links in some of my posts. So, I used Search and Replace to ‘find’ only the pages with the code. I then went into the pages and removed the code but when I do a search using search and replace the results are the same? It still advises that the pages ‘include’ the code I deleted.

Any ideas?
