Changing a term on the path

Hello.

I have a theme were it has a page that shows team members. Each team member has an single page but the path to it is like “/?team=team-member-name”. I need to change the word “team” or translate it.

When I installed the plugin, it does changed succesfully the path to “/team-member-name” but the page is now a 404 error.

Couldn’t find a way to make it work. Is that a way to fix it?
Does this plugin can help in my case?
It would be good to have the page accessible trough “/team-member-name” or even “/?anotherword=team-member-name”.
