Changing blog name

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to change the name of my blog as I chose the wrong name when I first registered it (it is self-hosted).

I looked around throughout the entire Dashboard, and could not find out where to change it.

I know it’s supposed to be under Settings -> General, but it’s just not there. Could anyone offer any help or advice? Was my WordPress not installed properly, even though everything is working fine?

Under General settings, I have the option of changing the Site title and Tag line, among the other typical options such as E-mail address, Timezone, Date format, etc. etc. But Blog name is NOT there.

If you know how to fix this problem, please let me know.
