Actually, those options are not available in free version by default. So, quick solution would be to add below CSS codes in Customizer > Theme Options > Custom CSS

#breadcrumb {
    background-color: #000; //adjust according to requirement
}
.search-form .search-submit {
    background-color: #000; //adjust according to requirement
}
