Changing Customer Email Paramaters

Looking for help with two things.
1) Editing the Customer Admin Email, so that the reply-to address, is that of the customer’s contact email.
2) Editing the Customer Admin Email, so that the subject line is one of the products the customer ordered. If customer ordered more than one product, the subject line can be “Product1 and Others”.
