changing data in shortcode shopping_cart

    Hello, i’m using WordPress with Theme “Rover” and they use the shortcode SHOPPING_CART to reach Paypal. It works perfectly well, but all texts of the shopping cart page (remove, shipping etc.) appear in English, and i want them to appear in French. How can i do this ? I would like also to be linked to paypal.fr and not paypal.com. Are there some parameters to add somewhere for changing language ?
