What our resident Opera-lover is so delicately trying to say, is that in the OPTIONS panel where you enter the desired format for the date and time, there is a link to the PHP online manual right there.

Wondering if there is a way to make the month on the date all caps. Right now I’ve changed the date to read:
October 15, 2004
but I’d prefer it from a design point of view to read
OCTOBER 15, 2004
