Hello,
It appears that the distortion is from the images you’ve uploaded. If you look here:
https://www.avolive.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/12/The-Governor-Premium.png
and here:
https://www.avolive.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/Pietregiovani.png
on the actual image pages, the distortion is still visible. I recommend using much larger images, typically at least 1600x1600px. That will help make them look better throughout your site.

Thanks Kevin!
Sometimes a larger image is not available but if the height of the image was lower than 600 px the images would look fine.
Is there anyway we can change the default setting?
I can send you the screen shot of the current custom image setting showing 300×300 Uncropped…not sure if we change the dimensions from here.
Thanks!
Try going to Customize> WooCommerce> Product Images. There, you should be able to set the ratio to something that fits your needs better.
If you don’t see the change on your actual product pages, you may need to go to Theme Options> Shop Settings and set “Enable Product Image Crop on Catalog pages” under “Product Image Sizes.”
Let me know if that works for you!
