changing field into Czech

    Hi,
    I would need to translate fields:
    – Read the petition
    – First name
    – Last name
    – signitures
    into Czech language. Could you please help me? I know, the question has probably been answeared here, but I haven´t found it (or what I found didn´t help). I dont understand HTML much, so I really need it step by step. Thank you!!!
