Changing form presentation

I have this form, and I’d like to remove some elements from the presentation. First of all, is it possible to remove the status indicator on the top (the thing that shows what step of the form you’re on)? Also, is it possible to change the color of (or completely remove) the gray side bar that’s on the left of the questions?
