Hello,
you simply go to this location wp-content/thesis/skins/heartspring/images/ and upload your your current image with this name page_header_about.png
before upload you can search your same image and change its name may be you need this.
so do not overwrite.
I cannot get to that location (wp-content). How do I get there? I’m the sole admin for my site, but every time I try wp-content/thesis/skins/heartspring/images/ I get a 403 ‘forbidden’ error. I know I’m missing something simple…please advise!
do you have cpanel or ftp account ?
I can get to a cPanel area from my hosting company, Siteground. Is that what you’re talking about?
yes you need to logged in cpanel then go to file manager -> publich html then search your site folder and locate that location wp-content/thesis/skins/heartspring/images/ then you can upload your image.
The image is already uploaded, and I did find it there in cPanel file manager. The problem is I can’t find in wp-admin where to change the image in the custom template to the one already uploaded. Make sense?
i am telling you the simple way another solution is change the image name from the css file. search this css.css file from this location wp-content/thesis/skins/heartspring/css.css and go to line number #188 and write your uploaded file location instead of this images/page_header_about.png
Thank you for your help! Your suggestions got me to the right place. I appreciate it!
