Changing Header texts for a custom Temp.

    Hi

    I am using a Custom Template. Being not an experienced blogger–I am having a problem with the header and slogan–I can’t change them.
    Is there any way to change them from BLOG Admin panel? Or do I have to change it manually from hosting panel?
