I don’t want to include more text in the Subscribe Now widget but need to replace the section above (Latest Episode) with some Welcome Text. Can you advise?

Hi,
That would be problematic, as you would have to directly edit at least one theme file. Those changes would be overwritten during every future theme update, so you will have to re-apply your changes.
Or you would have to stop updating the theme, which is also a bad idea.
One way would be to create a child theme and replace the index.php file, but that could also cause issues with future updates.
So I can’t really suggest an easy and permanent way of doing it.

Quick one, is there a chance to add in a link on the black bar in the footer where we the copyright sits? Looking to add a link for the Privacy Policy.
I’ll consider adding a “legal menu location” in a future theme update.
But at the moment I can’t provide an ETA for that. Most likely by the end of the month.
