Changing LTR to RTL

Hi,

I am trying to change my website from ltr to rtl.

The website is in Arabic but I’d rather not use the Arabic version of WordPress because I prefer admin in English. It worked fine in WordPress.com.

I’ve followed a few tips from the previous posts in the forum and changed most of the site to rtl.

However the menu remains stubbornly ltr. Any ideas please?

The website is http://www.sahha.org (what u see there is an old website I moved to experiment with).
