Changing main header text & picture with no header.php?

    Hello everyone.
    i am trying to build my first site with WP.
    I found a nice theme i would like to use at:
    http://themes.dapurpixel.com/velvet/
    My question is:
    How do i change the text or image at the top left hand side of the nav bar from Velvet Sky to my site name?
    There is no header.php file that i could see in this WP theme.

    Thank you for the help – but was not able to pinpoint the code to change in the indx file. I ended up changing the template, but now another issue arose – i will post in a new thread. Thank you again.
