Changing my URL

    Hello, this issue has been posted to WordPress.com but with no ability to resolve the issue. I was directed here and hope an Admin can resolve my issue. Here is the link regarding our conversation:

    Below is the original message…

    For some reason, my blog address is “wordpressblog.cloudscapeproductions.com”

    It needs to be “blog.cloudscapeproductions.com”

    Simply put, the text “wordpress” needs to be removed. Also, this isn’t a wordpress.com address, it’s a sub-domain/add-on domain.

    I have searched for access to do this, but every time I attempt to go to the Dashboard of the blog page, I’m met with a:

    “Sorry, the website wordpressblog.cloudscapeproductions.com cannot be found”

    Because of this, I can’t manually change anything…
