Changing Permalink Structure for Newbies

    Hi there,
    I have recently discovered that SEO is vastly improved when the default permalink structure is changed to /%category%/%postname%.
    Of course, as you know, then the links that were already created don’t work.
    I’ve read a few posts on this and I am lost. What should I do to fix it?
