changing permalinks or slugs

Hello, hope someone can clear something up for me ,i want to change the permalink on my “about us ” page the page url is “www.airsat.co.za/about-us” for seo purposes i wanted to add the following behind “about us in the page screen , editing the permalink adding the following “tv-installer-dstv-sound so when i click on my about us page this is how it shows up ” http://www.airsat.co.za/about-us-tv-installer-dstv-sound/” i have not renamed my page name, what kind of problems will this have for me if any , and is this ok to change, I’m not a expert and i don’t want to break my page or website
