Changing Posts to URL's

Hi,

I’m new to this and I have a theme that puts up three posts on the home page an then three blog posts underneath (that change when I write a post and specify it as a ‘blog’). This works fine.

However the 3 top posts (not blog posts) I want to link to other websites (I have 3 shops – each with their own individual website). I want the user to click on each logo (as it is currently displayed) and rather than go through to the post behind the displayed image, have it directed to the individual shop site instead.

Can this be done using word press?

You will see the three logo’s (which are really posts when you click them) but rather than go through to the post, i just want them to redirect through to other sites.

Any help is much appreciated.
