Changing PP button in cart

    After going to the cart, hitting “check out with PP” and logging in to PP it takes you to a window with a “pay now” button. When you hit that button it takes you to another window showing merch and shipping charges but you are not charged until you hit another button that says “place order”.

    I need to change the “pay now” button to “continue”. This way the customer will go to the next window and see the shipping charges before paying.

    How do I change the “pay now” button to “continue”?

    Hi, thanks for contacting us about this issue you are seeing when customers go through the PayPal process to make purchases. If you are referring to the “Pay With” text designated in the image below then you will not be able to change that. It is part of PayPal’s system and not the store or site.

    The image in the link is similar to mine but the bottom button on my page says “pay now” when using a PC.

    I have two other websites
    jsengineering.net
    jimschmidtjazz.com

    all three have the same WP version.

    But when I go to woocommerce/settings/payments;

    Only JSMotorsport.com has an extra payment setting. I must check both “paypal express checkout” and “paypal checkout” at bottom or there will be an error message and payment won’t go through.

    If I uncheck “paypal checkout as mentioned below then a “checkout with paypal” button appears but PP doesn’t work as described above.

    The other two websites jsengineering.net and jimschmidtjazz.com don’t have the extra “paypal checkout” setting and you log into PP later after you see the shipping charges so everything is OK. I’d like them all to be the same. But I can’t uncheck “paypal checkout” in the settings for jsmotorsport.com for the reasons above.
