Yes! This is the form in the backend. I was trying to change the names email and everything but it does not seem to save or update the changes when I click the button. The person is also an administrator, would that make any difference?
No, that doesn’t matter. You should be able to change everything that is not set as readonly field.
The e-mail address may only exist once. So you cannot use one for 2 users. See also the information on the link above.
If you still cannot make any changes, this could be due to a plugin you are using. Deactivate it as a test to rule it out as the cause.
