Changing scrolling speed

Hi.

I’m using enigma wordpress theme and because of that I’m not able to see main sidebar on widgets area (I think that theme supressed main sidebar), so I wasn’t able to set up scroll speed.

I had to modify web page editing some css sheets and also php codes.

I would thank you if you could tell me where to edit and customize scroll speed variable.
