I have the plugin installed on my WordPress site and am having issues getting the plugin to open the page for job descriptions.

    http://www.lmkclinicalresearch.com/careers/

I have the plugin active at this page and have no issue creatings jobs, getting the widget to show up, etc.

Whenever I changed the slug, however, this seemed to completely break the plugin and I am unable to preview the Job post at all and am unable to view the individual page for the job listed as well.

I’ve tried adding the template code to theme functions and also resaving the permalinks under settings but this has not resolved the issue. I am thinking I may need to completely wipe all plugin data but I can’t find the location in my FTP server for this information.

    Hello @lmktech,

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

Please remove all the changes from your functions.php file and reinstall the plugin. You should first try to resave permalinks structure instead of changing in theme’s functions.php file.

Thank for writing to us. Let us know if the problem still persists.

I removed the changes from the functions.php and have re-installed the plugin but am still running into the same issues. The page for the actual job post is not appearing at all.

To reset , all I need to do is go to ” Permalinks > Save Changes ” correct? I’ve done this several times.
