• We moved our store to a new URL and Omnisend complained and we weren’t certain what to do. Thankfully, within a couple of minutes of asking a question on the Omnisend website chat app (it was on the lower left corner of the site where it was least expected 🙂) we got prompt help from Diego from Omnisend. We ended up creating and connecting a new store from Omnisend to WooCommerce store at the new URL. Diego provided resources to help move our contacts, forms and automations to the new store. Nice!
