Changing text

Hello, another question here.
Is there a way to change the text of Shipping to Delivery? My client does not ship, but she offers local delivery. She feels that having “Shipping” is misleading. Is there any way to change the text in the file, including the parts that get changed by JS?
I’ve been able to change the page to load with Delivery in those locations by using a WP filter, but when any change is made, a script changes it all back to Shipping.
UPDATE: I found a WooCommerce hook called “woocommerce_shipping_package_name” that got one of the labels changed. Any other hooks I should try to get “Shipping to … ” label changed?
Any suggestions?
