Changing text "Tagged on:"

    Hello,

    on our club site there are tags under every single post.
    In front of the tags stands “Markiert in:” what means something like “Tagged on”.

    I really would like to change the text “Markiert in:” because it is more common in the german language to use the phrase “Schlagworte:”.

    So, actualy i want to replace “Markiert in:” with “Schlagworte:”!

    Anyone got an idea how to do that?
