Changing the date in rumwall

Hi. I’m using the RumWall plugin as my guestbook, but when I post in the guestbook, the time of the posting shows +1 of actual time. I dont think its the WP time thats wrong, caus comments and posts is displaying correct time.

Here’s the RumWall date code:
$date = date(‘j M G:i’, strtotime($tag->posted));

Anyway to just add a -1 or something?
