Changing the folder

    The backup is stored in what Dropbox calls an ‘App Folder’.

    This folder can be moved anywhere within your Dropbox and can be renamed to anything you wish. I call mine ‘Blog Backups’ and it sits in my Dropbox root.

    If you backup multiple blogs to one Dropbox you can set the ‘Store in subfolder’ option to something and the backup will be placed inside this folder. For me my blog is stored in ‘Blog Backups/MikeyD/’.

    So, if I rename the folder the WP plugin will know where to send future backups?

    That seams a bit clever.

    Yep! 🙂

    Dropbox knows its an app folder ergo knows where to send the files.

    Can I rename the “wpb2d” folder as well?
