    Hi, I’m wondering how to change the placeholder (misspelled) “Reason for Retund Request” – it’s not able to be translated.

    Also, is there a way to make the subject not required, or not display it at all?

    ->> Please update the plugin and use the updated version 3.1.0, we have fixed this issue in the updated version.

    Also, is there a way to make the subject not required, or not display it at all?
    ->> No there is no possible way for doing so, we have to customize the plugin for doing so for that you can contact our support for better help.
