Changing the form submit action url

    Hi,

    Is there anyway to change the form action when the submit button is clicked. I would like to submit the form data to an external url rather than processed locally.

    For example, on an existing html form is the below:

    <form action=”https://www.xmssl.com/app/contactsave.asp&#8221; method=”post” name=”form1″>

    How can I set that form action to be used in Contact Form Builder on a specific form?

    Hi,

    Could you please follow the steps in the URL to add a custom action after submission.

    In the case you want the submitted data to be kept in the external place, please note that the Contact Form Builder does not have the mentioned functionality.

    Hi… thanks for the video on how to set the post-submission action.

    And you are right, what I’m really looking for is to change the <form action> so that the form is submitted to a different url.

    I understand now that Contact Form Builder does not have that capability.
