Changing the read more button

Hello, I would like to change the read more button. Instead of linking it to the actual post page. I would like to link it to the PDF file with a job description to download.

This PDF file must be set in the admin panel.

Could you please give me some direction, which files do I need to edit in order to get the following functionality.
