Changing Title Color Does Not Work

    Posting here because wevertheme.org is still down.
    In the theme Main options -> Header, changing the color of the Title does not work There appears to be another css rule for Title a (hyperlink) that takes precedence and it is set:
    #site-title a {
    color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
    font-weight: bold;
    font-style: normal;
    text-decoration: none;
    }

    in style.min.css
