Changing to Multisite

Hi,

I want to change to multisite

I disabled all the plugins and added define( ‘WP_ALLOW_MULTISITE’, true ); to WP_Config, looged out, refreshed the browser but Tools >Network Setup does not appear.

I then changed the theme to the default theme to see if the problem was caused by a theme conflict but still no success .

Any ideas ?
