Since you are connecting to a completely different list you’ll have to make new forms. The new list will have a different ID so the old one will not work.

OK. But How do I see what my old form was? Because Mailchimp is such a mess, I don’t even know how to set it up again!!
It was some sort of email sequence thing, and needed some code or tag or tirgger etc

If the list ID for the old forms no longer exists, you won’t be able to see them.
