Changing upload location

Hi, would it be possible to choose the folder where all the attachments should be uploaded. Because it goes in the general “uploads” folder which is a real mess out there where everything is mixed up (Matt if you can hear me me … make the media management better… it’s a weak point of WordPress).

May be it is possible with the plugin but I didn’t find out.
