changing url numbering

HI, is there anyway of using this and allowing us to change how the default pagebreak url format is setup in a WordPress post instead of adding /1 or /2 within the url that these numbers could be overridden and controlled within the setting of your plugin or post, these page numbers need to match a book numbering system which often looks like this /50-120 or /55-130 so instead of /1 this would be replaced with /50-120
