Changing Widget Margin

Trying to create a little bit of space between the “my customers” text and the testimonial widget. Have not been able to find help from the theme developer support/forum on this. I was told to use

#listtestimonialswidget .widget-area {
margin-top: 30px;
}

and no luck 🙁
