Changing woocommerce checkout message

Hi everybody

I’m trying to change this message that appears when there are no payment gateways selected: “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”

I know how to fix that, I just want to change the message for a custom one. Does anybody know how to do that?
