Changing WordPress avatars to Name Initials?

    Hey! Is there a way to change WordPress avatars to name initials?

    I am specifically looking for this to change avatars for my customer reviews on Woocommerce. Now, it just appears default avatar and when I change to other avatar options, it just looks generic.

    I tried removing the avatar altogether but it leaves a huge blank space in the place of the avatar and padding would mess up everything.

    Any help would be appreciated.
