Changing words in the plugin

Hi,
I am trying to use salon booking plugin for clinical booking system. So I have changed all words salon to hospital using loco translate plugin. But unfortunately all these were disappeared with wp update. I’m using child theme for my web. Now again all words turned in to salon. How to resolve this issue
